Attorney Scott Hodgess of McMinnville, OR; repeat offender

The state of Oregon provided Scott A. Hodgess with a law license in 2001.

The Oregon State Bar found Scotty guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in the illegal practice of law while license suspended
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Scotty!)
• Misconduct involved multiple offenses

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Scotty’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary admonition for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Scotty by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. February 2016) Scotty practices at 235 East Third Street in McMinnville, Oregon.
