The state of Virginia presented Paul Christian Stamm Jr. with a law license in 1978 after he graduated from the University of Richmond Law School.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board found Paulie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (idiot)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to maintain complete records of client funds
• Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter
• Failed to safeguard client funds

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Virginia Bar Disciplinary Board punished Paulie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
