Attorney Peter O’Rourke of Harbor Springs, MI; pervert  

The state of Michigan presented Peter Edward O’Rourke with a law license in 1958 after he graduated from Michigan State University Law School.

The Tri-County Hearing Panel found Pete guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, while Pete was in a locker room at the Gross Pointe Yacht Club, he engaged in the illegal and improper physical contact with a young man, who at the time was fifteen-years-old.

The victim testified that Pete briefly rubbed the witness's stomach before sliding his hand into his trousers and fondling the witness's genitals for about fifteen seconds.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Michigan Supreme Court punished Pete by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2016), Pete practices the Professional Corporation at 3755 Rugged Road in Harbor Springs, Michigan.
