Attorney Natalie Dickson of North Little Rock; ethical gremlin

The state of Arkansas presented Natalie J. Dickson with a law license in 2003 after she graduated from the University of Arkansas Law School.

The Committee on Professional Conduct found Natalie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Natalie!)
• Failed to take necessary steps to protect client interests after being fired
• Failed to advise client she was closer her office
• Failed to return 2 settlement checks to client
• Failed to advise client basis for her fees
• Failed to inform client of any decision or circumstance that required the client’s informed consent

As a consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee on Professional Conduct punished Natalie by gifting her with a complimentary caution.
