Attorney Paul Hickey of Little Rock; ethical gremlin

The state of Arkansas presented Paul Hickey with a law license in 1975 after he graduated from the University of Arkansas Law School.

The Committee on Professional Conduct found Paulie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Improperly withdrew client funds from client trust account
• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Failed to respond to client information requests
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee on Professional Conduct punished Paulie by gifting him with a complimentary caution.

As we speak (March 2016), Paulie practices with Walter & Hickey at 1000 West Third Street in Little Rock, Arkansas.
