Attorney John Purtle of Conway, AR; lying loser

The state of Arkansas presented John Purtle with a law license in 1979 after he graduated from the University of Arkansas Law School.

The Committee on Professional Conduct found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Made false or reckless statements he knew were not true in regards to the integrity of Judge Phillip Whiteaker
• Engaged in improper ex parte (one-sided) communications
• Engaged in frivolous conduct

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee on Professional Conduct punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary caution.

As we speak (February 2016), Johnny practices in Conway, Arkansas.
