Attorney Kathy Cruz of Hot Springs, AR; lying idiot 

The state of Arkansas presented Kathy A. Cruz with a law license in 1987.

The Committee on Professional Conduct found Kathy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Court sanction for failing to comply with rules
• Made misrepresentation to the court (liar)
• Suspended from practicing in bankruptcy and federal courts for 6 months
• Violated federal bankruptcy rules
• Failed to provide competent representation (idiot)
• Falsely characterized client’s post-petition accrued alimony as pre-petition alimony

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Kathy’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. She was previously disciplined for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee on Professional Conduct punished Kathy by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (February 2016), Kathy practices at 1325 Central Avenue in Hot Springs, Arkansas.
