Attorney Robert Lee of Knoxville, TN; adulterous loser

The state of Tennessee presented Robert Lee Vogel with a law license in 2004 after he graduated from Rutgers University Law School.

The Board of Professional Responsibility found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Bobby engaged in a months-long sexual relationship with the girlfriend of a major pill supplier who was facing hefty mandatory penalties in U.S. District Court. Bobby had been appointed by the court to represent the girlfriend. (KnoxvilleNews Sentinel)

Records establish that Bobby asked the woman for sex while he was negotiating a plea deal for her. At the outset, she agreed but soon asked to end the sexual encounters; however, Bobby “begged” her to continue.  She then agreed but later persuaded another pill addict facing legal trouble to serve as her substitute in providing sex to Bobby. Subsequently, Bobby was caught by his wife having sex with the substitute pill addict.

The enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Professional Board recommended that Bobby receive a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license. However, the Tennessee Supreme Court refused to accept the recommendation and is expected to issue its ruling in the next several months.
