U.S. Judge Loretta Preska of New York City; moronic loser

The state of New York presented Loretta A Preska with a law license in 1998 after she graduated from New York University (NYU) Law School.

Former President George H. W. Bush was duped into nominating Loretta as a Federal District Court judge for the Southern District of New York in 1992. Loretta didn’t receive the appointment because she was the most qualifed attorney in the New York City area. She received it because she had proven to be a reliable lackey for the local political hacks.

In one matter, Loretta was assigned to preside over the bribery trial of New York legislator Eric Stevenson. It was discovered that key prosecution witness Sigfredo Gonzales had used the “N” word while referring to Mr. Stevenson, an African-American politician. (Daniel Beekman, NY Dailey News)

In a vane attempt at levity, Judge Preska had the chutzpah to rule that in some instances the “N-word” is used as “a term of endearment.” Of course it goes without saying that Preska is white.

What kind of moron would openly declare that someone’s use of the “N-word” is a means by which they profess fondness or affection for an African-American?

This is just another fine example of the quality of the judicial hacks appointed to the federal bench based solely on their political connections.

As we speak (ca. February 2016), Loretta continues to sit as the Chief Judge of the Southern District of New York in Manhattan.
