Judge Toni Sheldon of Shelton, WA; lazy loser
The state of Washington presented Toni Andrea Sheldon with a law license in 1979 after she
graduated from the University of Puget Sound Law School.
The Judicial Commission found Toni guilty of the following misconduct.
In one matter, Toni found it acceptable in failing to promptly dispose of the court’s business.
While presiding over an appeal of a state administrative agency, Lazy Tony did render a decision
for more than fourteen (14) months.
As a consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington
State Supreme Court punished Toni by gifting her with a complimentary admonishment.
As we speak (ca. February 2016), continues to sit as a Mason County Superior Court judge in
Shelton, Washington.
