Judge Stephen Moore of Lynnwood, WA; moronic bully 

The state of Washington presented Stephen E. Moore with a law license in 1977 after he 
graduated 
from the University of Washington Law School. 

The Judicial Conduct Commission found Stevie guilty of the following misconduct. 

• Displayed impatient, undignified and/or discourteous demeanor

• Used inappropriate humor when making light of defendant’s personal 
  circumstances

• Was overly critical of defendant for attempting to appeal her sentence 

• Reprimanded defendant’s mother (alleged domestic violence victim) in an 
  unreasonably abrupt, loud and harsh manner

• Made mocking and dismissive comments of concerns expressed by a mother 
  and girlfriend

• Engaged in a pattern of misconduct 

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington 
State Supreme Court punished Stevie by gifting him with a complimentary admonishment. 

As we speak (ca. February 2016), Stevie continues to sit as a Lynwood Municipal Court judge in 
Lynnwood, Washington.
