Judge Thomas Odell of Everett, WA; idiotic loser 

The state of Washington presented Thomas Backus Odell with a law license in 1976 after she 
graduated from the University of Puget Sound Law School. 

The Judicial Commission found Tommy guilty of the following misconduct. 

• Failed to properly advise unrepresented defendants of their basic due process 
  and constitutional rights at arraignment and probation review hearings

• Failed to properly accept guilty please pursuant to court rules

• Engaged in practice that appeared to coerce criminal defendants into waiving 
  their constitutional rights to a jury trial

Apparently, Tommy was of the opinion that “due process” was the means by which the grass 
in Everett became moist in the a.m. 

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington
State SupremeCourt punished Tommy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand. 

As we speak (February 2016), Tommy continues to sit as a Everett Municipal Court judge in 
Everett, Washington.
