Attorney Jerry Moberg of Ephrata, WA; ambulance chasing loser
The state of Washington presented Jerry John Moberg with a law license in 1973 after he
graduated from Gonzaga University Law School.
Andy’s misconduct took place while she was sitting as a Judicial Court Commissioner for the
Grant County SuperiorCourt in Ephrata, Washington. That misconduct led the Judicial Commission
to find Carmel guilty of the following misconduct.
In one matter, Jerry found it acceptable to knowingly violate the Code of Judicial Conduct by
entering into a contract with Central Washington University to teach a class in the School of
Professional Studies. Jerry was to be paid $2,000 for his teaching role.
In another matter, Jerry improperly attempted to garner new clients while he was still sitting on
the bench as a Superior Court judge. This is affectionately referred to as Judicial Ambulance Chasing.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington
State Supreme Court punished Andy by gifting him with a complimentary admonishment.
As we speak (ca. February 2016), Andy practices with Jerry Moberg & Associates PS at 124
Third Avenue in Ephrata, Washington.
