► Attorney Michael S. Garofalo of Sparta, NJ; potty mouth pervert

The state of New Jersey presented Michael S. Garofalo with a law license in 1998 after he graduated from Albany Law School.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics has charged Mike with engaging in the following misconduct, all of which took place while he was employed as legal counsel for Montague and Sandsyton Townships, 

• Stalked and harassed co-worker whom he had brief relationship with
• Sent number of crude and offense emails to co-workers
• Emails stated: “love cakes,” sweet cheeks,” and “sex toy’
• Sent sexually-charged emails to one lady
• Made sexual demands and marriage requests to one victim
• Invited victim to trips to the Bahamas
• When told to take a hike, responded crudely, offensively and insulted the victim,
• Repeatedly used curse words when communicating with a victim
• Threatened he would release revealing emails if woman didn’t go out with him

All that’s left now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Mike the Perv by the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court.

As we speak (ca. February 2016), Mike continues to be employed as the attorney for Montague and Sandsyton Townships in addition to practice law in Sparta, New Jersey.
