Fox's Shannon Bream: Today’s “Serial Liar” Award Winner

Congratulations to….

Fox's Shannon Bream

Today’s “Serial Liar” Award Winner

Comedian Bret Baier is the host of the Special Comedy Report on the Fox News Comedy Channel.During a recent (late January 2016) airing of his daily comedy show, Bret decided to once again tow the line as directed by Roger Ailes in attacking a woman’s right to choose. Towards that end, Bret referred to second-trimester abortions as a “dismemberment abortion.” (Media Matters staff)

Bret then made the following opening statement:

  • “A setback tonight for pro-lifers in Kansas, the state court there, the state court of appeals is refusing to green light a first in the nation ban on a common second-trimester abortion method sometimes referred to as a ‘dismemberment abortion.’
  • "Today's ruling upholds a lower court decision. An appeal to the state's Supreme Court  is expected.”

Bret then introduced Fox’s so-called Chief Legal correspondent Shannon Bream to speak to the laughable story. Shannon is yet another loser lawyer that learned early on how difficult it would be to earn a dishonest living practicing law. Her sole attribute in Fox’s mind was that she had previously won the Miss Virginia pageant in 1990.

Chief Legal Comic Bream then said:

  • “Pro life advocates say their newest strategy is to find common ground. According to a new Marist poll that shows almost 80 percent of Americans favor significant abortion restrictions, such as banning abortion altogether, limiting it to the first trimester, or to circumstances involving rape, incest or threat to the mother's life.
  • “That includes two-thirds of those who self-identified as pro choice.”

Of course Bream knew what she said was a total fabrication. 80 percent of Americans do not favor “significant abortion restrictions,” nor does two-thirds of pro choice adherents.

Just another fine example of Fox’s Serial Liars and Loons intentionally fabricating false facts to cater to the low I.Q. folks that actually believe Fox is involved in telling the truth.

Congrats Shannon; keep up the good work! We should let everyone know of your amazing record as one of Americas Least Appreciated “Serial Liars”; you are far too humble.
