The state of Massachusetts presented William J. Bougioukas with a law license in 1992.

The Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers found Billy guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, after a jury trial, Billy was convicted of driving under the influence (DUI). This was Billy’s second DUI conviction.

Billy knowingly and cheerfully failed to report these two criminal convictions to the Board of Bar Overseers as he was required to do.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Bar Overseers punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. January 2016) Billy practices at 105 Kara Drive in North Andover, Massachusetts.
