Attorney Dale Curda of Anchorage; idiotic loser

The State of Alaska presented Dale O. Curda with a law license in 1983 after he graduated from the Antioch School of Law.

Dale’s misconduct took place while he was sitting as a judge of the Superior Court, Fourth Judicial District in Bethel, Alaska. Alaska Commission on Judicial Conduct subsequently found Dale guilty of the following misconduct.

• Committed legal errors during contempt hearing (idiot)
• Violated a litigants constitutional due process rights
• Denied several defendants fundamental procedural rights

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Alaska  Supreme Court punished Dale by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
