► Judge Donald Johnson of Baton Rouge; lying loser

The State of Louisiana presented Ronald Ray Johnson with a law license in 1982 after she graduated from Louisiana State University Law School.

The Judiciary Commission found Donnie guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to comply with established Louisiana law
  • Abused the authority of judicial office
  • Illegally ordered 124 defendants to pay fines ranging from $50 to $5,000 to public schools and charitable organizations of Donnie’s choosing
  • Personally condoned and permitted employee to engage in conduct that violated Louisiana’s dual Office holding laws
  • Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
  • Signed false verifications that employee had worked enough hours during one month to perform assigned duties when in fact she had not done so
  • Engaged in persistent conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Donnie by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. February 2016), Donnie continues to sit as a judge for the 19th Judicial District for the Parish of East Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
