Judge Rebecca Ward of Shepherdsville, KY; bullying loser

The State of Kentucky presented Rebecca Sue Ward with a law license in 1986 after she graduated from the University of Louisville Law School.

The Disciplinary Commission found Rebecca guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Repeatedly engaged in prohibited ex parte (one-sided) communications with attorneys
  • Entered orders in cases wherein she had a conflict of interest
  • Addressed litigants in discourteous and undignified manner
  • Threatened to incarcerate Sheriff and his deputies to influence the assignment of bailiffs to her courtroom
  • Illegally held individuals for the I.N.S.
  • Failed to be faithful to the law
  • Failed to recuse (withdraw) herself from cases when required to do so

As a consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Kentucky Supreme Court punished Rebecca by gifting her with a complimentary 30-day suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. February 2016), Rebecca continues to sit as a Bullitt County District Court judge in Shepherdsville, Kentucky.
