Attorney Brent Welke of Indianapolis; slimy ambulance chaser

The State of Indiana presented Brent Welke with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from Indiana University Law School.

The Disciplinary Commission found Brent guilty of the following misconduct.

In his ambulance chasing advertisements concerning debtor bankruptcy,  Brent said:

  • “Screwing Banks Since 1992”
  • “Keep your property”
  • “Stop wage garnishments”
  • “Stop home foreclosure”
  • “Stop vehicle repossession”

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Brent’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He was previously disciplined for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Indiana Supreme Court punished Brent by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. February 2016), Brent practices with the Welke Law Firm at 700 North High School Road in Indianapolis, Indiana.

As one would suspect, Brent makes absolutely no mention of the misconduct aforementioned on his self-serving website at www.welkelawfirm.net. Apparently, Brent decided to conceal this relevant information so as to not limit his future victim pool.
