Solicitor Philip Beazley of New South Wales; repeat offender

The Law Society presented Philip James Beazley with a law license in 1995.

The Office of the Legal Services Commissioner found Phil guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to comply with Notice that required he provide certain information Engaged in unsatisfactory professional conduct
  • Failed to assist ethics investigators (Up yours, said Phil!)

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Phil’s First bite at the Solicitor Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary reprimand for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Legal Service Commission punished Phil by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand and a $1,000 fine.

As we speak (ca. February 2016), Phil practices with Beazley Boorman Lawyers at 650 George Street in Sydney, New South Wales.
