Solicitor John Baker of New South Wales; ethical misfit

The Law Society presented John Charles Baker with a law license in 2000.

The Office of the Legal Services Commissioner found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Johnny found it acceptable not properly prepare to go forward in regards to a client’s pending legal matter

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Legal Service Commission punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. January 2016), Johnny practices with JCKB Legal Services at 5 Crag Road in Batehaven, New South Wales.
