Attorney John Bellino of Kingston, PA; repeat offender

The state of Pennsylvania presented John Anthony Bellino with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from Widener University Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Delayed filing accounting in estate matter for eleven (11) years
• Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
• Failed to properly administer and settle estate

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Johnny’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary admonition for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. January 2016) Johnny practices at 400 North Maple Avenue in Kingston, Pennsylvania.
