Attorney Jerome Tucker of Birmingham, AL; ethical gremlin

The state of Alabama presented Jerome Tucker with law license in 1973 after he graduated from Samford University Law School. 

The Alabama State Bar Association found Jerome guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to file brief on client’s behalf
• Willfully neglected legal matter entrusted to him
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice law

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Alabama Supreme Court punished Jerome by gifting him with a complimentary 45-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. January 2016), Jerome practices in Birmingham, Alabama.
