Attorney Gary Stout of Enterprise, AL; ethical misfit

The state of Alabama presented Gary Wyatt Stout with law license in 1995 after he graduated from Tulsa University Law School. 

The Alabama State Bar Association found Gary guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice law

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Alabama Supreme Court punished Mike by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 89-day suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Alabama Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Gary.
