Solicitor Mark Stower of Brisbane, AUS; idiotic loser

The Law Society presented Mark Shelton Stower with a law license in 1997.

The Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal found Mark guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to provide competent representation (idiot)
• Failed to provide client file to cost assessor
• Failed to advise client of whereabouts of her file
• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Mark!)
• Engaged in unsatisfactory professional conduct

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Queensland Bar punished Mark by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand and a $2,000 penalty.
