Solicitor Warwick Jones of Queensland, AUS; moronic loser

The Law Society presented Warwick Gerard Jones with a law license in 1981.

The Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal found Warwick guilty of the following misconduct.

• Improperly borrowed money from a client
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
• Failed to deposit trust funds into trust account
• Engaged in unsatisfactory professional conduct

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Queensland Bar punished Warwick by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand and a $1,500 penalty.
