Attorney Rhonda Perry of Queensland, AUS; moronic loser

The Law Society presented Rhonda Carol Penny with a law license in 1990 after she graduated from the University of Queensland Law School.

The Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal found Rhonda guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
• Failed to read documents to impaired client
• Failed to interview client in accordance with “capacity guidelines”
• Engaged in unsatisfactory professional conduct

As a consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Queensland Bar punished Rhonda by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand and a $2,500 penalty.
