Solicitor Richard Lyne of Sydney, AUS; idiotic loser

The Law Society presented Richard Alexander Lyne with a law license in 1985.

The Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal found Dick guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to provide competent representation (idiot)
• Failed to maintain adequate records
• Engaged in unsatisfactory professional conduct
• Failed to itemize costs charged to estate

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Queensland Bar punished Dick by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand and a $2,000 fine.
