Solicitor Warren Rosen of Queensland, AUS; ethical dwarf

The Law Society presented Warren Lance Rosen with a law license in 1970 after he graduated from the Sydney University Law School.

The Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal found Warren guilty of the following misconduct.

• Magistrate ordered Warren to cease representing client
• Engaged in unsatisfactory professional conduct
• Improperly disclosed confidential information
• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Failed to act in client’s best interests

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Queensland Bar punished Mike by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand and a $5,000 fine.
