Attorney Jeffrey Auxier of Salida, CO; ethical gremlin

The state of Colorado presented Jeffrey S. Auxier with a law license in 1993 after he graduated from the University of Denver Law School.

Disciplinary Counsel found Jeff guilty of the following misconduct.

• Allowed client’s matter to be dismissed twice
• Failed to prosecute client’s case
• Failed to timely file notice of appeal on client’s behalf

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Jeff gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak, (ca. February 2016), Jeff practices with Jeff Auxier PC at 1548 G Street in Salida, Colorado.
