Janet was admitted to the Bar of England and Wales in 1997.

The Disciplinary Commission found Max guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Janet received nine (9) penalty points on her driving license. However, Janet failed to report the offenses to the Lord Justice in a timely manner pursuant to the mandates set forth in the Guide to Judicial Conduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Judicial Misfits, The Lord Chancellor and the Lord Chief Justice punished Janet by gifting her with a complimentary warning.

As we speak (ca. January 2016), Janet continues to sit as a Judge in Liverpool, England.
