• Failed to advise either party about potential negative consequences of joint representation given their rights under guardianship statute
• Failed to obtain parties consent to waive conflict of interest
• Violated or attempted to violate Rules of Conduct, knowingly assisted or induced another to do so, or did so through the acts of another

As a consequence of her misconduct his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Professional Conduct Committee punished Mary by gifting her with complimentary reprimand.
