The state of New Hampshire presented Carl D. Olson with a law license in 1959 after he graduated from Boston University Law School.

The Professional Conduct Committee on Professional Standards found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

• Bore false witness to signature and state of mind in regards to a Durable Power of Attorney for Health Care
• Signature on POA was a forgery
• Falsely notarized a Power of Attorney
• Falsely certified he had witnesses signature on Power of Attorney
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation

As a consequence of his misconduct his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Professional Conduct Committee punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary censure.
