Attorney Lawrence Baker of Rochester, NY; pervert

The state of New York presented Lawrence Baker with a law license in 1979 after he graduated from the University of New Hampshire Law School.

The Fourth Department of the Appellate Division found Larry guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in illegal conduct
• Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit or misrepresentation
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice law
• Accepted compensation for legal services from someone other than the client without the consent and of the client after full disclosure

In one instance, Larry found it acceptable to engage in additional unwanted and highly inappropriate conduct of a sexual nature, including exposing his genitals to opposing counsel, twice kissing her on her neck and shoving both of his hands inside her blouse and bra and touching her breasts.

As a consequence of his misconduct, t he enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Appellate Division punished Larry by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. January 2016), Larry practices at 250 Mill Street in Rochester, New York.
