Attorney John Clavio of Frankfort, IL; cheating loser

The state of Illinois presented John Charles Clavio with a law license in 1997.

The Illinois Registration and Disciplinary Commission found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Johnny drafted a will for a client. At the time the client signed the will, although other individuals were present, no witnesses signed the will attesting to their presence at its signing by the client.

Johnny later ordered his employees to falsely attest that they had been present and had witnessed the client sign the will. He also notarized the testator and witnesses’ signatures, falsely stating that they signed the will on the same day, when in actuality they signed on different days.

Subsequently, the client’s will was later declared invalid, based in part on the egregious misconduct of Johnny.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (February 2016), Johnny practices with the Clavio Law Offices PC at 10277 West Lincoln Highway in Frankfort, Illinois.
