Attorney Geraldine Simmons of Chicago; lying loser

The state of Illinois presented Geraldine C. Simmons with a law license in 1981 after she graduated from John Marshall Law School in Chicago.

The Illinois Registration and Disciplinary Commission found Gerry guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Gerry filed a report in a guardianship case that falsely stated that funds remained in the estate, despite knowing that the guardian had taken some of those funds for expenses not allowed by the probate court.

As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Gerry by gifting her with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (January 2016), Gerry practices at 7316 South Cottage Grove Avenue in Chicago, Illinois.
