Attorney William Simmons of Bellevue, WA; ethical goblin

The state of Washington presented William Guyton Simmons with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from the University of Puget Sound Law School.

The Washington State Bar found Billy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker) 
• Acted unfairly towards opposing party and counsel
• Failed to expedite client litigation

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington State Supreme Court punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. January 2016), Billy practices with Simmons Law PLLC in Bellevue, Washington.
