Attorney Sheley Secrest of Renton, WA; ethical gremlin

The state of Washington presented Sheley J.M. Secrest with a law license in 2005.

The Washington State Bar found Sheley guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to respond to client information requests
• Failed to disclose suspension status
• Failed to withdraw when required to so act
• Failed to communicate with client
• Engaged in illegal practice of law while license suspended

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington State Supreme Court punished Sheley by gifting him with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. December 2015), Sheley practices at 1204 North Tenth Place in Renton, Washington.
