Attorney Samuel Bolinger of Ft. Wayne, IN; lying loser

The state of Indiana presented Samuel Leonard Bolinger with a law license in 1986 after he graduated from Northeastern University Law School.

The Disciplinary Commission found Sammy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to respond to discovery requests on client’s behalf
• Default judgment entered v. client for discovery violations
• Ordered secretary to prepare series of backdated letters to client to falsely reflect his earlier nonexistent advice to client re: necessity of responding to discovery
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Indiana Supreme Court punished Sammy by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. December 2015), Sammy practices at 803 South Calhoun Street in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
