The state of Florida provided Daniel Robert Brinley a law license in 1992 after he graduated from Temple University Law School.

The Florida State Bar found Danny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Danny!)
• Failed to communicate with clients
• Failed to competently handle client cases (moron)
• Charged clearly excessive fees (crook)
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Engaged in illegal practice of law while license suspended
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Danny by gifting him with a complimentary 3-year suspension of his law license.
