Former Judge Lily Nafula of Kenya; moronic loser

In late 2015, the Magistrates Vetting Board (MVB) found Judge Nafula guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with competency (moron)
• Failed to uphold the integrity of the judiciary
• Unexplained large amounts of cash in her bank account
• Writing skills lacked structure and were poorly written
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Maliciously jailed suspect for contempt

Sharad Rao who chaired the Vetting Board said:

“The board finds that there are several large and unexplained deposits in the magistrates’ financial records.”

“Her explanation was not credible.”

As a consequence of her misconduct, the Vetting Board ordered that Judge Nafula be immediately removed from the bench.
