Attorney Richard Visole of Bettendorf, IA; convicted pervert

The state of Iowa presented Richard I. Visole with a law license in 1980 after he graduated from the University of Iowa Law School.

The Iowa Supreme Court Attorney Disciplinary Board found Dick guilty of the following misconduct.

• Convicted of exposing himself to a woman
• Pled guilty to one count of indecent exposure in Cedar Rapids
• Pled guilty to two counts of disorderly conduct in Bettendorf
• Dick admitted that he exposed his genitals to one or more women.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Iowa Supreme Court punished Dick by gifting him with a complimentary 3-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. January 2016), Dick practices at 1987 Spruce Hills Drive in Bettendorf, Iowa.
