Attorney Mitchell Jensen of Murray, UT; ethical dwarf

The state of Utah presented Mitchell R. Jensen with a law license in 1982.

The Ethics and Discipline Committee of the Utah Supreme found Mitch guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to properly supervise office staff
• Violated or attempted to violate rules of conduct, knowingly assisted or induced another to do so, or did so through the acts of another

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Utah Supreme Court punished Mitch by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
