Attorney Frank Berardi of Salt Lake City; ethical misfit

The state of Utah presented Frank A. Berardi with a law license in 1994 after he graduated from the University of North Dakota Law School.

The Ethics and Discipline Committee of the Utah Supreme found Frankie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Improperly acted as a witness
• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Improperly communicated with person represented by counsel
• Violated or attempted to violate rules of conduct, knowingly assisted or induced another to do so, or did so through the acts of another

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Utah Supreme Court punished Frankie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. December 2015), Frankie practices at 3378 South 275 East in Salt Lake City, Utah.
