Attorney David Littlejohn of Little Rock; moron, repeat offender

The state of Arkansas presented David M. Littlejohn with a law license in 2008 after he graduated from Washington University Law School.

The Committee on Professional Conduct found Dave guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to abide by client decisions re: objectives to be pursued
• Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
• Failed to consult with client regarding objectives of representation
• Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter
• Failed to expedite client litigation
• Abandoned client in appellate matter
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Dave’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary reprimand for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee on Professional Conduct punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand. 

As we speak (ca. December 2015), Dave practices at 2805 Linden in Little Rock, Arkansas.
