Attorney John Stratford of Little Rock; cheating loser

The state of Arkansas presented John Chapman Stratford with a law license in 1988.

The Committee on Professional Conduct found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to abide be client decisions regarding representation
  • Failed to consult with client regarding objectives to be pursued
  • Provided client with inadequate information regarding representation
  • Charged and collected an unreasonable fee (cheater)
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee on Professional Conduct punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary caution.

As we speak (ca. December 2015), Johnny practices at 400 West Capitol Avenue in Little Rock, Arkansas.
