Attorney Bryan Powell of Bentonville, AR; ethical gremlin

The state of Arkansas presented Bryan L. Powell with a law license in 2003.

The Committee on Professional Conduct found Bryan guilty of the following misconduct.

• Knowingly failed to comply with multiple court orders
• Failed to file client’s appellate brief
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Failed to keep client advised of status of legal matter

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee on Professional Conduct punished Bryan by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. December 2015), Bryan practices in Bentonville, Arkansas.
