The state of Oregon provided Craig P. Colby with a law license in 1976.

The Oregon State Bar found Craig guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to take steps for appointment of arbitrator
• Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter
• Failed to comply with court order
• Misconduct involved multiple offenses
• Negligence led to court dismissing client’s case
• Failed to inform client that case was dismissed
• Failed to respond to client information request
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Engaged in a pattern of misconduct

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Craig by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. December 2015) Craig practices with Craig P. Colby LLC at 1033 Southwest Yamhill Street in Portland, Oregon.
