Attorney Theodore Coran of Salem, OR; cheater, serial offender

The state of Oregon provided Theodore C. Coran with a law license in 1982.

The Oregon State Bar found Teddy guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Charged improper contingent fee in criminal case (cheater)
  • Failed to deposit client funds in trust account

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Teddy’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. Teddy previously received three (3) complimentary reprimands for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Teddy by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 30-day suspension of her law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Teddy.
